Hosting an event in Alaska’s stunning yet remote landscape can be a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. As lifetime residents, we understand the ins and outs of planning events in this unique region, and we’re here to take care of all the details so you can truly be present and enjoy every moment of your special day. Whether it’s a wedding, intimate gathering, or grand celebration, we use our insider knowledge to bring your vision to life and ensure everything runs smoothly. I am no stranger to the struggle of planning events in Southeast Alaska.

In fact, I even ran away to Arizona for my own wedding because the thought was so daunting.

However, after photographing over a dozen weddings and being a part of the planning process of double that amount of events, I realized the key is simply being creative and knowing exactly who to ask.

I’ve been obsessed with throwing the perfect party since childhood, always planning my next birthday while still blowing out candles at the last one. From school dances to pep rallies and prom, I was always the one in the middle making the magic happen. As a self-proclaimed extrovert and lifelong event enthusiast, this is my dream job!

From décor to food, music to makeup, I handle it all for you — so you only have one point of contact and zero stress trying to manage multiple vendors. Let me take care of the details while you focus on enjoying your special day!

Local Experience

I was born in Ketchikan, raised in Petersburg, close neighbors to Wrangell, and have spent countless time on Prince of Wales and in Juneau. On top of that, my husband is from Haines and I’ve spent years in the hospitality industry all over Southeast on top of my time in the wedding & photo industry. When it comes to Southeast Alaska, I know this place like the back of my hand. With deep connections all across the region, I’m able to find the most creative solutions to make your big day unique and perfect.

No Travel Fees

Coordinating vendors across islands can be tough, and travel costs add up. That’s why I prioritize local vendors and never charge travel fees. The price you see is the price you pay, so you can focus on making your day beautiful without surprises.

How it Works

  • Consult calls will always be free! I just want to get to know you two, all of your favorite things, and your idea of a perfect day. From there, I can suggest a few ideas and we can make a plan!

  • Once we pick your aesthetic and design, I will help you plan the big day! It can be as hands on or off as you want it to be. I will start organizing and taking care of the hard stuff and we can pick the fun parts out together, or I offer a guide to all the details and how to navigate them. I know it can seem like a lot, but we make this process as stress-free as possible for you!

  • Finally, it’s time! Everything will be planned, organized, and ready for you two to show up, relax, and let me capture beautiful pictures of the experience! No stress, just love!
